Join us for the Bike MS: Round-Up Ride, a signature 2-day cycling adventure that combines physical challenge with a powerful mission. As contractors for this event, we are proud to highlight that Bike MS is the largest fundraising cycling series in the world. The 2026 Round-Up Ride features an exciting route that starts and finishes in the heart of Downtown Fort Worth at Sundance Square.

Day 1 takes riders south through the incredible Texas countryside, following the Paluxy River into the picturesque hill country of Glen Rose. After an overnight stay filled with community spirit, Day 2 leads cyclists back toward the historic Fort Worth skyline, passing through live pecan plantations and circling Lake Benbrook before a grand celebration at the Sundance Square finish line. Every mile pedaled brings us one step closer to a world free of Multiple Sclerosis.

Ride Options & Distances

The Round-Up Ride is designed for all levels, from novice cyclists to century veterans.

35-Mile Route: A “leap ahead” option perfect for casual riders.
75-Mile Route: A scenic intermediate challenge.
100-Mile Century: An additional loop is available for those seeking the ultimate distance.
One-Day Option: A Saturday-only ride option is available, featuring a shuttle return to the start line.

Support and Amenities

Bike MS provides a premier, fully supported experience to ensure you can focus on the road and the cause:

On-Road Support: Exceptional support including detailed signage, motorcycle marshals, and radio communication.
Rest Stops: Well-stocked stations every 10–12 miles with hydration, snacks, and mechanical aid.
Medical Support: Certified medical professionals are stationed at rest stops and along the route.
Post-Ride Celebration: A finish line party at Sundance Square featuring food, drinks, and live music.

Fundraising & Requirements

Fundraising Minimum: All participants must raise a minimum of $300 to receive their rider packet and participate in the event.
Packet Pick-Up: To pick up your bib and timing chip, ensure your fundraising total is met and your waiver is signed.
Age Requirement: The minimum age to participate is 12 years old.

Event Schedule

Saturday, May 2:
- 6:00 AM: Check-in opens at Sundance Square.
- 7:00 AM: Official Start.
- Afternoon: Finish Line celebration in Glen Rose.
Sunday, May 3:
- 7:30 AM: Day 2 Start from Glen Rose.
- 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM: Grand Celebration at Sundance Square.
