About the Event:
The DFW Summer Series is one of the most popular mountain bike race series in North Texas. Hosted weekly during the summer at Erwin Park in McKinney, Race 7 will take place on August 7 and feature a fast and technical short track course. Riders of all ages and skill levels are welcome. The terrain includes open fields, tight tree gates, roots, and optional drops—making it a fun and challenging ride for everyone.
Format:
- Mass start by category
- Course Length: 2.7 miles per lap
- Terrain: Short track with technical sections and variety
Start Times:
- Juniors: 6:00 PM
- Women: 6:30 PM
- Men, Singlespeed, and E-bike: 7:15 PM
Registration Fees:
- Adults (14+): $30 (Pre-registration), $40 (Late registration)
- Juniors (under 13): $20 (Pre-registration), $30 (Late registration)
Important Notes:
- Ages are calculated based on age as of December 31, 2025
- All parking must be on paved surfaces only
- No parking on grass or soft ground
- SAG support and course marshals provided
