About the Ride:

RETURNING IN 2024 – THE 5 HOUR CENTURY RIDE IS BACK!

The Hotter’N Hell Hundred Pace Group is returning! This year the HHH Pace Group will be sponsored and coordinated by the Midwestern State University Cycling Team. The Pace group will be capped at 85 riders and will be paced by 15 current and former MSU Cycling Team Members. The Pace Group will provide riders with a 5-hour fully supported century ride with moto escorts. It will also include a specially designed Pace Group Jersey, premium VIP Parking, and post-ride pizza & beverage meal

This year we have again attempted to simplify the registration process for the HH100 event weekend by streamlining the registration for HHH Endurance Rides and the Wichita Falls Streams & Valleys Wee-Chi-Tah Trail activities on the same BikeReg page. Online registration for the 2024 Hotter’N Hell Hundred is PREFERRED and ENCOURAGED. Online registration is fast and secure! Use the BikeReg link to register online starting January 1, 2024

The HHH Endurance Ride Start Line is at 104 Scott Ave, Wichita Falls, TX 76301, Aug 24, 2024, at ~ 7:05 AM. Riders line up on Scott Ave according to Distance/Pace groups from 2nd St to 10th St.

Rest stops are approximately every 10 miles and will furnish snacks, Superior Electrolytes, water, and medical assistance. CPSC-approved helmets are required. It is important to start behind the Official Start Line. Starting early or elsewhere along the route is unsafe for racers, riders, and for you. No pets, headphones, or personal support vehicles please – they present a safety hazard!

Spaghetti Dinner
Just $16 per meal. Reserve dinners for friends and family (fresh green salad, Italian spaghetti w/ meat or meatless sauce, warm bread sticks, and tea or water). This year the the spaghetti dinner is hosted by the Chef at MPEC. Tickets may also be purchased at the door for $18.

Saturday Breakfast

Breakfast is provided on-site at MPEC from 5 AM until 8 AM. Reserve breakfast for friends and family (Fresh fruit salad, fluffy scrambled eggs, country fried potatoes, biscuits & homestyle gravy, Chef’s coffee cake, freshly brewed coffee, and orange juice) $16.00/person. Tickets may also be purchased at the door for $18.

Timing

Chip Timing will again be provided for all advance registrations at no additional charge. This year the Endurance Ride timing will again be provided by RunFarUSA. Timing results will be posted in order of finish by distance and age categories. Distance groups will be determined by the data collected. All routes will get start and finish splits. Use of the timing chips is required if you are participating in the HHH/Wee-Chi-Tah Mountain Bike or Trail run events or the Triple Threat Challenge. The timing chips are disposable so there will be no requirement to return them. The goal is to post early registered rider’s times by Sunday evening. Times will be available for all routes except 10K.
