Celebrate Independence Day with the Spokes and Sparklers Ride, a family-friendly cycling event hosted by The Bear Mountain. Enjoy scenic routes suitable for all levels of cyclists, followed by a festive picnic.

Routes
Choose from the following routes, each marked with colored arrows on the ground:
- The Roman Candle (50 miles): Marked in white.
- The Firecracker (25 miles): Marked in red.
- The Sparkler (12 miles): Marked in blue.

Please note that roads are open to traffic; adhere to all traffic laws during the ride.
Registration
- Fee: This is a free event sponsored by Uncle Sam, Slow Rise, and The Bear Mountain Bike Shop.

Participant Perks
- Picnic: Post-ride picnic featuring pizza from Slow Rise Slice House and hot dogs provided by The Bear Mountain.
- Blender Bike: Enjoy margaritas made on the famous blender bike (BYOB if you prefer something special).
- Water Station: Located at the junction of 185 and Cedar Rock Parkway, just before Osage.
Safety Requirements
- Helmets: Mandatory for all participants at all times while on the bike.
Additional Information
- Cue Sheets: Not provided on-site; please print your own if needed.
- Restrooms: Facilities available at the start/finish area and designated rest stops.
