About the Ride:
Bike the ‘Burg is a scenic bicycle rally taking place on October 27, 2018 in Fredericksburg, Texas. This incredible Texas Hill Country riding experience will feature several route options to accommodate all skill levels. Rest stops will be located along the cycling routes at four of the scenic Gillespie County Country Schools, including the Doss Community Center. They will be stocked with refreshments and home baked goods to fuel your ride! Please join us for a day of outdoor fun for the whole family!
Proceeds from Bike the ‘Burg directly benefit Ambleside School of Fredericksburg. Ambleside is a private Christian school based on the philosophy of Charlotte Mason (1842-1923) and is a movement that is redifining education by:
Providing a broad and varied curriculum of inspirational and disciplinary subjects through direct encounter with living books
Instilling the importance of daily habits in order to author a full and free life
Valuing relationships with God, self, others and creation

9:00 a.m. – All route options begin and end at Ambleside School of Fredericksburg, located at 406 Post Oak Road. (Formerly Fredericksburg Dance Hall)

6 mile Family Fun Ride – $20.00 per person

14 miles, 34.5 miles, 48 miles, and 65 mile route – $40; rate increases to $50 after October 1st.
Online registration ends on October 25th.
Registration at Packet Pick-up and morning of the event – $60
