Northwest Cycling Club Announcement
100-mile cycling event returns to the Houston area this fall!
NWCC is excited to announce that we will host our first event in over 2 years with a New Ride, combining the Bluebonnet Express and the Katy Flatland Century, The Waller Flatland Express! It combines portions of the routes for both rides, starting at the Waller Football Stadium.
We will offer 5 routes – 17, 35, 52, 72 and 100-mile routes. The 17-mile route is for new riders and family. The 100-mile route is for the more experienced riders who should be able to maintain an 18 MPH average. This is a fully supported ride with rest stops and SAG.
Registration is currently open at BikeReg.com and the cost is $45 per rider. Registration will be open till October 8th and walkups will be able to register the morning of the ride.
