About the Ride:

Race Details:

• All race information can be found at laprimaveratx.com
• USAC permit 2024-8464. All events held rain or shine. All USAC rules apply. Helmets must be worn at all times while on the bike.
• Do NOT change clothes or expose oneself outside. No public urination. Changing tents provided at Vancouver Cove by the portapotties. If caught, you will be disqualified.
• Do NOT park on American Drive North of Highland Lake Road. You may be ticketed and towed.
• Directions from IH-35 (North of Austin) go west on F M 1431, 21 miles to Lago Vista. Go left (south) on Lohman’s Ford Road for 3 miles, rtihgehnt on Boggy Ford for 2 miles, then left on American Drive to Start/Finish located at: 1925 American Dr. Lago Vista, TX 78645
• Same schedule both days. 5.5-mile loop: clockwise Saturday, counter-clockwise Sunday. *Final 400 meters for finish will be open both days!

Registration:

• Online at www.BikeReg.com (online fees apply) – Be sure to register for the correct day and race. No refunds.
• Online registration closes Thursday, February 29th, 2024 at NOON CST. 
• Omnium race entry is $140. Individual race entry is $75 per day. A one-time $15 late fee will be charged for late in person registration. For teams that are registering 6 or more riders at once, contact us for a discount code.
• Kids Fun Ride is FREE

Early Number Pickup/Late Registration:

• Saturday/Sunday registration opens at 6:30am at the start/finish area & closes 30 minutes before each race. Credit cards accepted with surcharge.
• Riders will be able to pick up their numbers starting noon, Friday, March 1st at the Driveway. Number pickup (and late registration for the road races) will be open until the end of the Junior’s Time Trial (~4pm). 
• One day & annual licenses are available at registration. Riders holding foreign licenses must present a valid 2024 UCI license in order to be eligible to race. Expired licenses will not be accepted.

Race winner’s jerseys will be awarded to the winners of each omnium category on Day 1. Day 1 and Day 2’s combined points will be awarded winner’s jerseys in all categories on Sunday. Points will be in reverse order of each category’s prize placings. Ties will be broken by using Day 2’s points only.
