About the Ride:
Finish The Ride is more than just a cycling event—it’s a heartfelt tribute to Aaron Ross, a 2009 Tulia High School graduate and avid cyclist. Aaron tragically passed away on October 16, 2011, after being struck by a vehicle during a training ride while attending Wayland Baptist University.
This annual bike ride was created to honor his memory, celebrate his passion for cycling, and support scholarships in his name. By participating, you help keep Aaron’s spirit alive while engaging in a sport he loved.
